Did you shop online?

If you ordered on nikkelfashionboutique.com or with an associate over the phone, the following return policy applies:
  • Full returns are happily accepted within 10 days of receipt of the order. 
  • Returns made after 10 days and within 14 days will be for store credit only. 
  • Returns will not be accepted after 14 days.
  • Customers are responsible for paying for return shipping & original shipping can not be refunded.
  • All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, and smoke- free condition.
  •  Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. All sale items are strictly final.
  •  If applicable, all items must be returned with their original tags and accessories (including removable belts, straps, brooches, etc.).
  •  Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged and postage-free.
  • We inspect all returns/exchanges and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition. Items that do not match the criteria above are subject to denial of refund or store credit.
  • Please consider delivery confirmation/shipping insurance for your return/ exchange packages Nikkel Fashion Boutique is not responsible for lost return packages without tracking information.
  • By purchasing from Nikkel Fashion Boutique you accept these terms and conditions.

How to Make a Return

Review our criteria above and make sure the items are eligible for a return.

  • Visit the shop at 1139-7a Jericho Turnpike in Commack or email us at nikkelfashionboutique@gmail.com with the products you wish to send back.
  • If you shopped online, please note your order number. A manager will be happy to assist you in any way we can. 
  • Please do not send us any returns via mail without approval first via email. 

Did you shop in the store or over the phone?

  • If you made your purchase at our location in Commack, NY, the following policy applies:
  • If you are returning something with a gift receipt, you will receive store credit.
  • We welcome store credit or exchanges within 10 days of in store purchase.
  • Returns or exchanges can not be accepted without the original receipt.
  • All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, and smoke- free condition.
  • Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. All sale items are strictly final.
  • If applicable, all items must be returned with their original tags attached and accessories (including removable belts, straps, brooches, etc.).
  • Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox.
  • We inspect all returns/exchanges and reserve the right to deny or refuse a store credit or exchange.
